Our decadent Fork & Cork menu will include Steak Diane (Seared Tenderloin, Shallots, Mushrooms with a Cognac Cream Sauce), Shrimp Cocktail (Jumbo Shrimp and Tangy Cocktail Sauce with Lemon Thyme Pesto), and Cherries Jubilee. We’ll also be pouring Red Sangria, White Sangria, Louis Martini Cabernet, Cantina Riff Pinot Grigio, and Bud Light.
