Students today can be inactive, anxious and stressed. They can struggle to stay engaged in school and directly affecting their performance.

That’s why students at Cullins-Lake Pointe Elementary are participating in the Drum Fit program during their physical education classes. Students follow the Drum Fit program and use yoga balls and drum sticks to stay physically active in unique ways. The Drum Fit program helps students who are inactive, anxious and stressed stay engaged during the school day!
