Abbas Bell surprised his #1 fan at Nebbie Williams this morning. Travis Kropp attended the Rockwall Homecoming parade last week and Abbas noticed his great spirit and picked Travis out of the crowd and waived to him. Travis noticed and made a sign for Abbas for the Homecoming football game. Abbas took notice and visited him this morning and surprised him with a few gifts including a t-shirt and tickets to the final home game of the season! #ILoveRockwallISD #JFND
