This is the second year for the students at Amy Parks-Heath Elementary to participate in the annual Bluebonnet Stomp.

The school wide tradition began last year. The first bluebonnet stomp only resulted in a few bluebonnets but they are trying again this year. Amy Parks-Heath Elementary music teacher, Jan Stonestreet, said “If we can keep the mowers off and get some rain we will get some bluebonnets this year.  I’m determined!”

Each student from kindergarten through sixth grade participated in the showcase of Texas pride with singing, pledging, seed stomping & line dancing.
