Parents of returning Rockwall ISD students can fill out their back to school forms online for the 2015-2016 school year beginning August 1. This is the second year for online forms, and we hope our families find it easy and helpful. Parents will receive an email, sent to the email address listed in the Skyward student system, when the portal is open explaining the process along with the link.
