The Kiwanis Club of Rockwall County had their annual art contest with the theme “A Picture Perfect Christmas”. The winning artwork will be the advertising design for the Rockwall Christmas Parade 2015. This year’s contest winner was Gracie Fleming of Amy Parks Heath Elementary and she will be the Parade Grand Marshal. Cullins Lake-Pointe Elementary had many contestants to enter the contest. The three top finalists for Cullins Lake-Pointe were as follows:

1st Place Brooke Hoegger 5th Grade

2nd Place Onyi Ayozie 4th Grade

3rd Place Karlie Gonzales 4th Grade
