Howard Dobbs Elementary hosted their first annual Leadership Night to showcase the leadership skills that they have been practicing under the Leader in Me model.

Students from all grade-levels came together to showcase the 7 Stephen Covey habits and teach their parents and visitors what being a Leader in Me campus is all about. From the choir to the littlest Jackets, all students played a part in Leadership Night.

Under the direction of Heather Neighbors, 1^st grade teacher, Leadership Night was a huge success and 100% student led, from check-in, introductions, sending parents into groups and teaching about the habits. Dobbs Lil’ Jackets look forward to the next Leadership Night where they can showcase what being a Leader In Me campus is all about!
