This summer, the librarians of Rockwall ISD will initiate the Rockwall Reads program.  This is a community outreach program to encourage a lifelong love of reading.

The Rockwall ISD librarians are partnering with the Rockwall ISD Nutrition Department and the Rockwall County librarians to make books accessible to local children who may not have books in their homes or access to the library during the summer months.

Librarians will be in the cafeteria at Dobbs Elementary and Rochell Elementary with a cart of books and an activity from 11:30-12:30 every Wednesday from June 15th – July 27th.

We can’t wait to see Rockwall kids reading!
