Fifth and sixth grade students at Cullins Lake pointe Elementary engaged in a simulation which allowed them to enter America through Ellis Island. 5th graders took on various identities and acted the part as 6th graders processed them through the background, character, vocation, and health stations. As students went through the process, they took the loyalty oath and were admitted to America. The students also sampled food from different countries as part of their multicultural experience.
