If you didn’t know who Jordan Hoy was, you do now! Hoy completed 5 of 6 passing for 106 yards and one touchdown, but ran the ball up and down the field for 176 yards and 5 touchdowns on the night en route to a 48-0 victory over Newman Smith of Carrolton.

The Hawks defense also showed up to play only allowing the Trojans 100 yards of total offense.

Freshman Grant Buckholt caught a touchdown for the Hawks as well.

The Hawks have earned a date with the Wylie Pirates next Friday night after the Pirates defeated Centennial 42-31.

Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. at Plano Clark Stadium.
