Stevenson Elementary’s Rockin Robotics team competed in the North Texas FLL Championship Tournament and took home the Cham?pion’s Award 3rd Place out of 55 teams that had advanced to the regional competition. This was Stevenson’s first year to have a robotics team. Students were judged on robot performance, robot design, project and core values. The coaches are working on a program to spread robotics opportunities to more students throughout the district.
