The Rockwall ISD mentoring program, B.E.S.T. (Beginning Educators…Successful Teachers) supports beginning teachers by providing professional learning, opportunities to observe master teachers, and an online mentoring support program.Each new teacher is assigned a campus mentor who plays a very important role in providing support for a successful first year.The school board honored the participants in our 2014-2015 B.E.S.T. program on Monday, September 15.
